:: BBQ with Sommer's ::

OH YUM! Our BBQ was so good! We had enough food to feed an army, but we devoured it pretty well. We had steaks, kabobs with chicken, peppers and grilled pineapple on them, potato salad, green salad, baked beans and a banana pudding layer dessert that was to die for. Brock and I had to roll ourselves into bed that night we were so full.

:: funny story ::

After finals were over a few days ago, we decided to go on a hike with our friends Jaden and Emma. We all got ready in our shorts and hiking shoes. We drove up Provo Canyon and up the winding rode to Stewart Falls hike. About the time we drove into the parking lot to the hike, Emma and I were car sick, Cohen was crying because his ears hurt from the elevation change, and to top it off the hike was impossible because it's still WINTER up there. BOO! We didn't even think of that possibility. SO...we headed back down the winding road. Cohen is still crying, Emma and I are both pale trying not to throw up, and sweet Emma is singing "the wheels on the bus go round" trying to help Cohen. HA! We all just had to laugh. We then just decided to stop at a park and play some frisbee, to get some fresh air.
I guess you just had to be there.
But it was quite funny.

still snuggles with Mommy
says Ma Ma(mommy), Da Da(daddy),
Ba Ba(bottle), Uh(uh-oh)
Tries to copy every sound we make
makes himself laugh
laughs when Brock and I laugh
plays with his toys like he's in his own little world
loves new people

Yesterday, we were heading home from church, and Brock sat Co in this chair to pack up our things. Less than 2 minutes later Brock looked down and saw this....our sleeping baby. Weird. Happy and hyper one minute, completely asleep the next.

Happy Easter! We went to the beautiful town of St. George once again. LOVE IT. MISS IT. Can't get enough. What a fun weekend. Enjoy the pics--there's plenty! (pic overload) Hope you all had a wonderful Easter and Conference weekend!
