:: St George for the MCAT ::

It's over! Brock is back everyone. Finally my sweetheart gets to have a break and relax, and I couldn't be more happy for him. I'm SO proud of him and all his hard work. He is one easy man to support.
I YOU LOVE sweetie.

we went to the SG temple the day before the MCAT and I LOVE IT there. It's OUR temple. Very vintage and gorgeous.
The boys went golfing and had a play day the day before the MCAT. It was suppose to calm Brock's nerve I guess. I think it worked.
Cort and Em made a sweet poster saying Brock's "the man" with some yummy treats. Very creative.
We had a little party the night Brock was done with the test. BBQ hamburgers and fries and shakes, and I ordered a snicker's cake that says "Congrats! Yer Dun!". I'm so funny.
Also-good news! We got our A/C working in our car, thanks to sweet Randy, my car guy. Woo! The trip home was much more comfy.
Sweet shades dude. Love him!
Aunt Tiffy. We miss her living in Provo.

:: to Grammy's house we go ::

Last Sunday we took a trip to Tooele to visit my sweet Grammy. She amazes me. At age 86 she is a very pretty lady and has every single man her age chasing after her, is healthy as a horse, gets down on the floor and plays with Co and then jumps right back up to get dinner out of the oven, keeps her yard looking very nice, and still makes a mean enchilada dinner. We had such a great evening with her. We ate dinner and dessert, Cohen swung in the famous tire swing for the first time, we went out back to the farm and saw all the animals, checked out Grandpa's old truck and had great visits with family. I admire her for staying in shape, and loving the THINGS in life.

:: what a treat ::

Our sweet friends Matt and Ash were back in Utah for a wedding, and we were lucky enough to spend an evening with them, eat some treats and play farkle like old times. We miss them WAY too much, but our so proud of them for doing the law school thing.

:: My 1st Mother's Day ::

Brock made my 1st Mother's Day weekend one to remember...

Saturday I kept finding sweet love notes all around the house, and he surprised me and came home early just to be with me and do whatever I wanted. So...we went shopping, bought NEW SHEETS (one of the best things to buy in my opinion)...
...and then we went to dinner at Red Robin so we could get bottomless steak fries.
We went home and put Cohen to bed, and our sweet neighbor Ty came down and watched a movie while he babysat Cohen. Brock and I then went out on the town! Really we only went to get ice cream at the Creamery for our first time. It was DE-lish. We laughed in the car and chatted each other's ears off. It was oh so sweet.
Sunday morning I woke to a yummy fruit and cream breakfast. Then to top it off - I had the whole day Sunday to be with my two boys.
What a perfect day.
Thanks lover.
:: Play date @ Angelique's ::

We went to a play date at my friend Angelique's house. She was in our old ward, and we have missed her! Her and her little boy Dougie are darling. They are in a new house in Orem that is absolutely beautiful. We had a blast seeing them, and hope so see more of them!

:: NAUGHTY ::

Yikes. It's already starting, and he doesn't even know the meaning of the word NO. We're working on it daily. I look away for a split second and he has his hands on the wipes, pulling them out as fast as he can.
Stinker.

:: spontaneous trip to S.G. ::

Right after Women's Conference, I made the decision (after talking it over with Brock) that Cohen and I were going back home with the girls. I threw some things in a bag, and we were off to 'heaven on earth'....St. George. Once again, Cohen did great in the car, both ways. My sweet did drove us home four days later. What a guy!

our cute Loni helping entertain the boy.
Cohen entertained us as well.
The Ironman race course was right by my parent's neighborhood and we had 3 family friends participate. One, JR, lives across the street from them. He did great! He's like the energizer bunny.
Here's JR and my dad's arm. I was nervous I was going to miss him so I just hurried and snapped a shot, as you can tell.

My parents worked at the Ironman race. Their post was at mile 8 of the marathon. For those of you who don't know what the Ironman consists of, the participants first swim 2.5 miles, then bike 112 miles and last run a full marathon 26.2 miles. CRAZIES! It was incredible watching. Very addicting.
Ironman Cheerleaders

It was SO fun playing with cousin Kai. What a cutie! There's nothing baby about that kid anymore.
Playing with Nana K and Aunt Tiffy after church.

Uncle Josh and Kai.
Cohen wanted to play with the SMALL Legos. Not good. It was pretty tricky to keep them away from him.
Naoms is darling! Getting SO big, and always smiling.
Grams had a BIRTHDAY and turned 25. :)
And Cohen LOVED her birthday cake.

He went straight in Grandma's BIG TUBBY that he LOVES.

Cohen is 6 months older than my niece and they are the SAME size.
Cohen met his friend Ty Partridge for the first time. It was so fun to see Ty and Lex. We went to visit Nana K and Jenna at cheer practice and Ty and Lex were there helping.
Tubby at Cort's. He LOVED the sponge bath toys.

We had a blast!! Like always. The trip is never long enough for me. But I can't tell you how much I missed my sweetheart, who was back in Provo, studying his brains out. What a guy!
I love Brock so much, and our families and friends.
WE ARE BLESSED.
