Dallas Arboretum
Saturday, June 7th

Our sweet friends Michael and Nikki Orton invited us to Dallas for a trip to the Arboretum and lunch. It was a blast! It was super hot, but still so much fun. So beautiful, we want to go back soon. The Orton's live about a mile away from the Arboretum and the area is gorgeous, doesn't feel like your in Dallas really.

Michael told the boys this tree house was Peter Pan's house so the boys walked around yelling for him, but we never found him. ;) It was hilarious.
Tornado demo, felt so good since we were so sweaty.

 Peter Pan's house ;)

 Gorgeous part of Dallas.
Definitely on our list of things to do again before we move. :)
Thanks again, Orton's.

B O Y S
little update.
funny words/quotes.
etc.

C O H E N
- will by 5 in 14 days.
- Wearing size 4-5 T clothes, shares with Brend.
- Wearing size 10-11 shoe.
 - Co has been having growing pains and one day his feet were hurting and he said "mom I think there's wood chips in my feet!"
- After I get ready for the day and I'm doing Co's hair 90% of the time he will say "mom, you are pretty... Prettier than pretty." And today he added "You are prettier than the United States!"
- Co coming to my laying on the couch sick (prego nauseous/sinus infection) and sweetly says "Mom, are you starting to feel better at all? I sure hope you are..." He is my sweetheart always.
- SUPER excited to go to Kindergarten this fall. Wishes SOOO badly that he could ride a bus to school. Glad the school is less than a mile from our house. :)
- Learning to be a kind leader and teacher to his little bro, more this than being bossy these days which I love.
Keep it up buddy!
- very interested in NINJA anything right now. Loves Ninjago and Ninja Turtles. Loves to swim and be outside, only if he's not too hot. He's my temperature sensitive boy.
- Still working on reading. Has one more book left of the first set of BOB books. Very proud of his determination and confidence I have seen in him while he's been working hard at reading.
- Makes me laugh & yell out loud on a daily basis, way more laughing than yelling, thank Heavens.

B R E N D O N
- will be 3 in 39 days.
- Wearing size 3-5 T clothes, sharing with Co.
- Wearing size 9 or 10 shoe.
- Going to miss Brend's voice: Spaghetti "fadeddi",
"Fell" smell, I "dotfor" - I forgot
- Most C's are T's. S's are F's. G's are D'a.
- Brend crying from watching land before time... He came to me with teary eyes and frowny face and said "mom he misses hims modder "mother" and cried on my lap. Then we both cried.
- This boy has me wrapped around his finger. His big brown eyes, and being my baby...yikes. When this new baby comes, I'm sure that will slowly change, so I'm soaking up the Brend's my baby deal.
- Loves NINJA anything too, of course. Co's little shadow.
 - Has blown me away at how brave he is in the water, not very hesitant to jump off into the water, even up higher.
- Still my SNUGGLE BOY. Love love love this, live for his snuggles. He still melts into my body, don't want this too change.
- LOVES playing with friends, especially at their house.

Memorial Day Weekend

One word: RELAXING.
This weekend was so needed. We headed to The Wang's parents second home in Southlake, where we slept over Sunday night, and then played and swam all day Monday.
Sunday night we put the kiddos to bed and then stayed up passed midnight playing Settlers. Such good company to be around for a few days. We had a blast.
Monday morning the kids were so anxious to swim.
And boy did they swim!
3 prego mamas
Carolyn due June 20th, Sutton due Oct. 14th, and me Dec. 5th.
Yes, I'm large. I POP right out.
Kix out of a fancy glass. Sure! They thought they were pretty cool, and Kai thought it was hilarious to be eating with the big boys. Such cute little buddies.
SWIMMING!

We LOVE family time, and holidays, and such great friends that will party hard with us.
So lucky to have them all in our lives.
