Personality
This little boy has personality coming out like crazy!
He is hilarious, and multiple times a day he reminds me he is getting older, and knows what he wants, and that he is stronger and more stubborn than I think. He is going to be a feisty one. How can he be that and so mellow all in one?
Don't ask me how....he just does it.
He loves orange veggies, as you can tell by the leftover dinner on his nose. He will eat anything we give him. At one meal he has been eating rice cereal and two jars of food, sometimes three jars. He's an eater! At times I hesitate given him that much, but I guess it's alright. He's growing like a weed and only barely at average for his weight. Besides, I like a little chubb.
Working on the crawl - not much success. He will push against someone's hands when they hold his feet. He gets tired quickly and plops his face down then scoots and rubs his face along the carpet. Ouch! He doesn't mind. I think we need to work on arm strength. :)

Then there's my big boy, Co.
His personality is off the charts at this age. He is so full of life and humor and curiosity, I love it. It absolutely wears me out pretty much every day, but gets me through my days.
Cohen loves to play "School". Here he is above headed to school with his "pack pack" just like Dad takes his to school.

Lately I've been calling both my boys Bud, or Buddy at times, and I'm realizing I MAY be confusing Co. He's on this kick where if you tell him or ask him anything he quickly replies "Me?" or "Mine?". I would probably be confused too if I were him. I'm working on calling them by name more often.

When I was tucking Co in bed last night I asked him what a few of his favorite things are....here's a few answers I got out of him:
-favorite color: Black {new to me, but he gave this answer twice}
-favorite show: Sid the science kid
-favorite snack: Graham crackers, goldfish & cranberries
-favorite cereal: kix
-favorite girl in this world: his mama

Another night when I was tucking Cohen in bed we were singing the primary song 'I'm Trying to Be Like Jesus'. Sometimes he thinks it's funny to sing the whole song using the same letter to start every word of the song. Well I wanted him to calm down so I asked him to sing the right way with me and he replied, "I'm going to sing Left, Mom!"

Yesterday out of the blue Cohen came up to me and said "Mom, I'd like a cd player that I can sing and dance with." {what in the world?!} I didn't even know he knew what a cd player was. Smarty pants. Looks like we'll be pulling my old one out to put in his room. Exciting!

P.S.  It snowed in Fort Worth last night. Sorta.
Stuck for a little while, but melted by morning or sometime during the night. OKAY BY ME. I prefer rain over snow.
This Texas weather is bipolar.
70 degrees first of the week, snowing by the end of the week.
