THANKSGIVING
{November 22}
After the annual Fossil Ridge Ward Turkey Bowl, our little family had our own....
Co thought it was awesome to be on a REAL football field at the high school.

We went home to make a late breakfast, and open my parents Thanksgiving gift. They give us the "first Christmas" gift every year to open on Thanksgiving. This year our gift was Elf on the Shelf. Most fun thing ever! The boys LOVE finding Ernie, our elf, in a new place each morning. For those of you who aren't familiar with the Elf of the Shelf, he is one of Santa's elves that watches over our family to see if we're naughty or nice. While we're sleeping he magically goes back to Santa and reports, then appears in our house in a new spot every morning. :)
Greatest invention ever.
We hosted for the first time this year, I was very pleased with my turkey, and Brock's apple pie was delicious as usual. We were going to have 11 adults and 5 kids, but ended up 5 adults and 3 kids. Kinda a relief, but bummer a few families were sick and couldn't make it.
All the food was fabulous, extra good just because it was Thanksgiving.
Our guests were Casey and Charity Jordan {from our ward} and Kylie and Molly {across the street neighbors}
After we were all stuffed to our noses, we turned some football on and RELAXED.
After attempting WAY too many times to get a family pic with my phone, this is all I got.
  The kids all made a new best friend having Casey at our house. He was sweating {poor guy} the kids were keeping him chasing them and plenty busy. The best part was him rubbing a balloon on the kids heads, then sticking it to the ceiling, and watching Cohen try and figure out how to get it down.
He got pretty creative!

Very enjoyable week!
Brock had two days off school and we took advantage of that time.
Thankful for all our blessings our family enjoys.
Oh so blessed.
