Saturday, March 8th
We each made our own tinfoil dinner, YUM! I need to remember to make them more often. Then the boys set the tent up! We were hoping to sleep outside but the was 40 degrees that night so we said NO GO. The family room worked great.
We told "ghost stories" which we each took a turn telling a happy story about a good memory they had camping.
S M O R E S - who needs a fireplace?! We have candles.
The boys were super excited to sleep in the tent... they watched Curious George movie while Brock and I watched our own show in our bedroom. We thought they would for sure just fall sleep 20 minutes into the show, but no. They were up til about 10:45 pm when our show was almost over. We also didn't realize it was daylight savings time until later that night, which meant we lost an hour of sleep and we have 8:30 am church. Oops. Co ended up on our bedroom floor cause he was scared, and Brend woke up on the flat ground due to a hole in our air mattress. Oops. Brend loved the tent, Co little scared.
Overall... VERY fun night together.
