Family Vaca for
Labor Day Weekend

Such a wonderful weekend catching up with our good friends the Allsop's. It was so great to stay at their new beautiful home and watch our boys play and have so much fun together.
Saturday we spent most the day in Galveston at the beach.
This our boys 1st time in the ocean. Cohen could not get enough! Could have spent days there. Brend as well, but he just preferred to hang out on the beach with the sand. :)
It was supposed to be stormy all Saturday, but it was actually great, warm but not too hot with the cloud coverage.
It had rained on the beach the day before and so the sand was pretty flooded, especially the parking lot, but it did not even matter. So much fun! It was great.

Char spoke in church on Sunday and did such a wonderful job. She is and always has been such a great example to me of how to be Christlike in every way. She is so sweet and patient as a mom too. Will always have a special spot in my heart for Char.
