Big Boy Bed
I have not been looking forward to this day.
My BIG BOY no longer sleeps in his BABY crib.
Last night was the first time Cohen slept in his new bed.
He did great! I was very proud of him for being brave.
He walked out once, but Brock and I put him back in bed and didn't hear or see him again. Although, when I was up feeding Brendon at about 1:30 am I went to check Cohen and found him asleep on the floor next to his bed. Nothing was around him, not even his blanket. Hmm... not sure if he fell off or got down and fell asleep on the floor. I lifted him back into bed, and he slept safe and sound til 8:00 am this morning.
At this moment he is taking a nap. He was a little sad when I was leaving his room after putting him down, but we put Mr. Bear next to him and he felt better. :) Also I told him after we take a rest we can go eat a Popsicle outside. {Hey, there is nothing wrong with a little bribe every now and then} He's been sleeping for an hour and he did not make a sound going down. That is NOT normal for Cohen. He usually lays there and chats for at least 20 mins.
Could this new change REALLY be this easy?

Melissa I have not looked at blogs in MONTHS and i finally got to catch up on yours! Oh what a sweet family and new life you have! Your little Brendon is SO stinkin CUTE and Cohen is killin me! Love your new home! Looks like all is going great for you and im so glad :)
That is a big change and definitely a hard one! Cross my fingers that it stays easy!! (Just wait till he can turn his own light on. That's real fun. We just taped ours down ;)

Oh he looks so big! We bought Ty's big bed and now I'm waiting on the bedding to get here. I'm nervous about it, so I hope he does as well as cute little Co!
oh your new little one is oh so cute! You make very cute boys!!!I love all of his hair of course! I cant believe my Mack was that small only six and half months ago, I hate that they grow so fast! so you loved your c-section?! I was bad at being good on my recovery...I made my husband a birthday cake the day I got home! SO good job on staying down! It is way hard to do! Im glad you all are doing well and congrats!
His big boy bed is so cute, and I still love LOVE that chest of drawers you painted/antiqued. So cute!
