Day 2 - SAN ANTONIO, TX
We pulled into town fairly late, checked into our hotel right on the Riverwalk {Crowne Plaza} got tubbies and jumped on the beds a little before falling to sleep. Sleeping in the same room was my only concern, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well every night went. I think we all played so hard every day all day that we crashed each night. When we woke up our first morning there, it was pouring rain like cats and dogs. Instead of letting it put a damper on our plans, we found an awesome children's museum to play at for a few hours that was only two blocks from our hotel.

Brock had just as much fun as the kids.
Check out is face prints on the right picture.
Cohen drove a mini tractor and drove a plane...
and did a little grocery shopping.
There was a storytelling area with dress ups and a stage, and a house with an upstairs that Brendon thought was the best part of the day.
 The Alamo & Riverwalk
The historic mission the Alamo. Brendon slept while we walked around reverently. I enjoyed the Alamo and it felt as if a "good spirit" was there. Nice and quiet and peaceful in a way, which made it a perfect time for Brend to nap.

The Riverwalk is beautiful!
Very fun and romantic atmosphere.
Brock and I kept saying "oh we can't wait to come back and stay here just the two of us." Haha, the boys were great and so much fun, just not as romantic with them.

Co was so anxious to swim we swam for a bit even though it was raining a bit.
The rain added more humidity to the town.
Every time I showered I thought, WHY? I'm just going to sweat in 5 mins for the rest of the day. Haha. The humidity didn't ruin the fun though!
Our day was filled with: McDonald's breakfast, which Cohen thought was so cool to have pancakes at "Old McDonald's", fun at the museum, rode the escalators and elevators one thousand times, went swimming, saw the Alamo and even were able to take a walk along the Riverwalk walk, all on an on and off rainy day.

Some things to remember....
Cohen being so excited to go on a family adventure to "SanEtonio" and asking the whole way to Austin "are we at Austin's house yet?" Whoever Austin is, he sure thought we were going to his house. He was so confused that Austin was a town.
