Happy "almost" Birthday
{Sept 26th}

The day before Brock left for Kentucky on his second to last audition rotation I woke up to a PARTY. Decorations by my boys, orange rolls and blueberry muffins, and I even got to sleep in until 8:30. Perfect start to a perfect day.
I opened my new "enjoy Coca-cola" shirt and a picture of my new bike Brock ordered and surprised me with.
After gifts, we picked up lunch and had a picnic at the "turtle" park. We played frisbee golf and the boys rode bikes.

After sweating bullets at the park we headed for a swim. It was freezing! I could only stand to get in to my knees. But these three crazy boys still had a blast. Brock bit his lip and would do anything to make our boys smile, so he jumped right in.

After swimming we relaxed at home, had dinner and brownies and ice cream before we had to pack Brock up to leave to Kentucky.
It was terrible to have him leave.
Two rotations back to back, that's a long time to be away, especially being 8 months pregnant and way too emotional.
But it's going good so far. Two weeks down!
And today STILL was the perfect day.
There was no fighting from the boys, everything was relaxed happy, just what we all needed.
I love my sweet little family.
And Brock... he's unreal.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder, hopefully. ;)
