UTAH for a month
{June 21 - July 19}

Once again.
A month was extra long this time being away from Brock.
The goodbye part was TERRIBLE for all 4 of us. Bad bad bad.
But, how lucky we all were to get to be with loved ones for so long, Brock did great in AZ and we are all alive and back together.

Getting to Utah the day after Co's 5th birthday was pretty exciting. We had a ninja turtle party with family.

When Uncle Matt is in the room, Brendon can't take his eyes off him. He LOVES Uncle Matt!

St. George Children's Museum

Washington Rec Center

FUN with the grandpa's

The best shaved ice on this planet, Hokolua's.
Play date at Grandma Sheryl's, feeding the bird very first of course.
I was lucky enough to stay in Park City for the weekend with my amazing girlfriends from high school. Saying we had a blast is a huge understatement. We need to make this happen way more often! This was the first time since our senior trip after high school that we have had a get a way with no hubs or kids. :)

The boys rode up north with Kitchen's for the weekend then we met up and stayed with Tiffy an extra night. Elle won my heart instantly! As well as the boys'.

Papa Dee and Grammy's on Sunday

Dinner at Grandpa Ron and Grandma Carma's
SEVEN PEAKS!!
This took me back to our days at BYU when we had season passes and went here all the time.

When we got back to SG Cort and Em moved into their new beautiful house. Wish I took more pics of it, so so pretty.
3rd of July was nice and relaxing!
Went to Jimmy Johns and Cort's for a bit then went to see Little Mermaid at Tuachan!! So so good. Thanks to my parents, what a treat. The boys really liked it, little loud for them at times (but most things are).

4TH OF JULY!

Uncle Craig's to swim!

The Jump House

I took off by myself one morning on a bike ride to Snow Canyon. One of my all time favorite things and places to be. I should have done this WAY more while I was there with a personal babysitter, but I was way too tired from played non stop for 30 days in a a row. :)
Park with my girlfriends and their babies
Loni & Adyn - Lindsey, Tess & Audrey - Nikelle & Austin

Then we were off to Pine Valley for 4 days!!!
Talk about Heavenly.
30 mins away, but 30 degrees cooler at night, so peaceful and refreshing. Loved this trip, me and the boys wanted to stay for weeks. We were lucky enough to stayed at our good friend's cabin, Brad and Bizzy Esplin, which was so perfect. Fit our family just right.

Humming bird nest and eggs

Kelly and Dori dropped off their 4 wheeler train for us to borrow. The kids LOVED it! Homemade by Kelly. :)

What a perfect surprise we got when we arrived back to SG.
Brock zipped up from Phoenix for less than 24 hours just to see us and our families. What a man! He amazes me always. He left from the hospital with nothing but his scrubs.

Elle was quite fond of Uncle Brock instantly.
Just like everyone else!

Grandpa got off work early one day and had so much fun with the boys watching movies and building forts.
Every trip to SG, the boys and I have to stop by our favorite temple! It's more pretty every time I am there.

Back to Pine Valley for a quick fishing trip with Papa and Nana and Matt.

Brendon turned 3 at Grandma's house!
He thought that was the coolest thing in the world.
He had a great day being with family and getting extra spoiled.
I made "Captain America" swirl pancakes.
And traditional candles in them of course.

SO BIG!
Not my baby anymore at all.
Still my snuggle bug, and loves his Mama's kisses.

Nana K took the boys and I to see How to Train Your Dragon 2 for his birthday. Em and the kids and Loni and Adyn met us there too.
Then we partied hardy once again!!

Cutest Captain America I have ever seen!
Brend requested a "party game" at his party.
So... pin the star on the Captain America shield is what he got!

Our last night in SG was AMAZING!
I have a secret love for horses, that most people probably don't know. I want one, I need one, I will get one someday.
We were spoiled and were able to go to Loni's parents and ride their GORGEOUS horse Yeller.
This was both the boys' first time on a horse, Co was a little bored, not too amused. Brend LOVED it and took a few rides.

Just like old times...
Loni and I and our "Tammy/Tami" moms.
Pregnant and all....
I WAS ON CLOUD NINE!
Really, my dream horse. Kind and color.
Such a good horse. I wanted to ride home on him.

These two cute buddies had a great time while we were in town.
Once wish I always have is to live close to my Loni so our sweet babies can be besties. One day...
Last minute, trying to cram everything possible in before we left to go back to TX. Extra snuggles, books read, yummy food, bike rides...
Dinosaur Museum with Nana and Kai..
CAFE RIO!
3 times was NOT enough for me.
And last but FOR SURE not least...
Kayaking at Gunlock.
SO. MUCH. FUN.
So glad my Dad has a nice kayak collection and love going on.
We had an absolute blast.

Packing, shipping a huge moving box home of gifts and goodies, then we were on our way back home.
Bittersweet.
Always is.
The boys did great on the plane, just played and colored and had a few snacks, then we were home!
Since Brock wasn't able to be with us on Brend's birthday in Utah, we celebrated again with a fun day and gifts from Mom and Dad at home. :)
We came home to tomatoes in our garden and some serious exhaustion from having SO MUCH FUN!
This trip was so full of fun and non stop "going".
But I came home feeling rejuvinated and ready to get back to reality with an extra boost to be a little better.
That's what family does.
Amazing.
I love our families so much,
they make life wonderful and so meaning.
Thanks UTAH!
You have done it again, we are still in love with you.
